There are 2 ways in which I can remove a virus:
Restoring the computer back to factory settings – Wiping and reloading the operating system (XP, Vista, 7) and getting the computer back into working order. (*Note – Wiping the operating system will result in total loss of data and programs)
Removing the virus cleanly without restoring the computer. This is done by using several programs to diagnose, locate and remove the virus while keeping everything your data in place.
